Customer Explicit Consent Text within the Scope of Personal Data Protection Law

Within the framework of the General Clarification Text within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, which is presented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), by the the BLOCKCHAIN LAB Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“Cointral”), (the “Company”) as the data controller of personal data or by data processors authorized by taking the necessary security measures; I accept and declare that I have been informed by the Company regarding the below-mentioned issues and that I have given my explicit consent within the framework of the KVK Law that directly or indirectly related identification information, address information, contact information and other personal data can be obtained, recorded, stored securely in physical or electronic environment for an appropriate period of time for processing, preserved, changed, rearranged, disclosed and transferred in accordance with the legislation, taken over, classified, processed or prevented from using the data; for the purposes of providing the products and services offered by the Company to its customers under the best conditions, providing products or services in a reliable and uninterrupted manner, maximizing customer satisfaction, making payments, fulfilling various transactions regarding the aforementioned services, executing and developing operations, promoting, marketing, advertising and campaigning activities of the aforementioned products and services or different products and services, informing customers about opportunities, campaigns and other services, and fulfilling the requirements of contracts concluded with customers, and that they can be processed in accordance with the general principles expressed in Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVK Law”) primarily with the principle of keeping it for the period required by the legislation or for the purpose for which it is processed.

Provided that this personal data is bound to the above-mentioned purposes, I accept and declare that it can be transferred by the Company to Company employees, Company officials, group companies (the Company and/or its business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in order to carry out its activities, to independent audit companies, survey companies, within the framework of legal obligations and legal limitations, to business partners and service providers that the Company receives or works with for the execution of the services and activities to be provided to me, and that I have explicit consent in this regard.

In addition, in accordance with Article 11 of the KVK Law and the relevant legislation; I have the right to learn, by applying to the Company, whether personal data about myself is processed, and to request information about it if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request the deletion or destruction of my personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of this data disappear, to request these correction and deletion requests be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against myself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, to demand the compensation of the damage in case my personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing and I accept that I have the right to personally send a signed copy of the form to the Company Directorate located at Fulya Mah. Buyukdere Cad. No:76 Quasar 34394 Şişli, Istanbul – TURKEY with the documents identifying my identity or to send it through a notary public, or with other methods specified in the KVK Law, by filling out the form on www.cointral.com, including the necessary information identifying my identity and explanations about my right to exercise these rights.

Furthermore, I declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is correct and up-to-date; I accept and declare that if there is a change in this information, I will notify the Company of the changes.

I explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data, including my sensitive personal data defined in the KVK Law, to its limited use and sharing within the scope of the relevant process, and to its storage for the required period of time, and that I have been informed about this matter; I accept that I have read and understood this text, the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation and the Clarification Text.
