As BLOCKCHAIN LAB Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“Cointral”), your personal data we obtain through our branches, our website www.cointral.com, mobile application and social media accounts are collected, processed and preserved in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Board Legislation within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Your personal data, access channel/reason and purpose of collection

As BLOCKCHAIN LAB Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“Cointral”), your personal data obtained through our branches, Website, mobile applications and social media accounts are processed by our company, provided that you have your explicit consent within the company, limited to the purposes mentioned below.

2. Situations where Personal Data is shared

In order to carry out the commercial activities of our company, personal data is shared with foreign service providers, official institutions, organizations and judicial authorities that we are responsible for, in accordance with the KVK Law.

3. Retention and Disposal of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained during the statutory time-out periods in line with the processing purposes specified in this Clarification Text. In the event that the legal period expires, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

4. Knowledge Acquisition

Objecting to the emergence of a result against you because it is analyzed exclusively by automated systems.

We inform you that you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Data owners can apply to BLOCKCHAIN LAB Yazılım Anonim Şirketi for their requests regarding their rights listed above in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Annunciation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.

In this case, BLOCKCHAIN LAB Yazılım Anonim Şirketi will finalize the request as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
