Presidential program for 2020, published in the Official Newspaper today. The Presidential Annual Program consists of 403 pages in which the aims and objectives of education, health, justice, security, environment, fundamental rights and freedoms, non-governmental organizations, family and women, disaster management, culture and art, employment and working life.
The program prepared with Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Ministry of strategy and Budget and approved by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, included developments in the world economy, key indicators, and various technological developments.
Between economic steps in 2020 it will be held with the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and TUBITAK partnership, The conclusion of the software development stages for a blockchain-based digital central bank benefit and testing work has started.
As you know, the first 5-year 11th Development Plan mentioned a blockchain-based digital money extraction target in recent months. The 2020 Presidential Annual Program also aims to develop Blockchain-based systems in our country in the coming months and to be a pioneer in this respect.
